Orders & Delivery

When can I expect my order?
Our average delivery time is 5–10 business days. Kaloudis products are shipped directly from our suppliers. This allows us to save on storage and transport — which means better prices for you and free shipping from us.

My order is late — where is it?
In 99% of cases, orders arrive within the estimated timeframe.

I’m missing items from my order — why?
We work with multiple suppliers. That means some items may ship separately. If something is missing, you’ll likely receive the rest within 2–3 days.

Returns & Exchanges

I’m not satisfied — can I return my order?
Yes. You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it — no explanation needed.

How do I return an item?
Returns must be made within 14 days in original condition, including tags and packaging.
Items must be unused.
Make sure to include a Track & Trace code with your return — the sender is responsible for return shipping.
Once we’ve received your return, we’ll refund your full purchase amount within 14 days.
