You can return your order up to 14 days after receiving it.
Once we’ve received your return, we’ll refund the full purchase amount to your bank account within five working days.

Returning is simple — just follow these 3 steps:

and complete it in full. Incomplete forms may delay processing.

➤ Step 2: Send back your order
Return the items along with the completed form to the address listed on the form.
Make sure your package includes a Track & Trace code.
As the sender, you're responsible for the return shipment — and we want to avoid any confusion.

➤ Step 3: Get your refund
Once we’ve received your package, we’ll refund your full purchase amount to your bank account within 5 business days.
