Terms & Conditions – Kaloudis

These terms and conditions apply to every order placed through the Kaloudis webshop. By placing an order, you agree to our terms.

Article 1 – Definitions

  • Cooling-off period: the period within which a consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.

  • Consumer: any natural person not acting in a professional or commercial capacity who enters into a distance agreement with Kaloudis.

  • Day: calendar day.

  • Durable medium: any tool that enables the consumer or Kaloudis to store information for future reference in an unchanged form.

  • Right of withdrawal: the consumer’s option to cancel the contract within the cooling-off period.

  • Distance agreement: a contract formed exclusively via remote communication (e.g., webshop).

  • Kaloudis: the seller and operator of this webshop.

  • Communication technology: a method of contact used to form a contract without physical presence (e.g., online form, email).

Article 3 – Applicability

These terms apply to all offers and contracts made via the Kaloudis webshop.
Before completing a purchase, the consumer will be given access to these terms. If that’s not possible, Kaloudis will send them on request, free of charge.

Article 4 – The Offer

We describe all items as accurately as possible. Images are a true representation, though colors may slightly differ from reality.
All offers are subject to change and availability. Kaloudis cannot be held liable for errors or omissions in product listings.

Each offer will include:

  • Total price incl. VAT

  • Shipping costs (if any)

  • Return rights

  • How the order is placed

  • Payment, delivery, and execution details

  • Validity of the offer

Article 5 – The Agreement

The contract is established once the consumer accepts the offer and meets all conditions.
For online orders, Kaloudis will confirm receipt via email.
We implement appropriate security measures for digital transactions.
Kaloudis reserves the right to cancel an order if there are justifiable concerns about payment ability.

With every order, we provide:

  • Company contact info

  • Return policy and procedure

  • Warranty terms

  • Contract duration (if applicable)

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

You may cancel your order within 14 days after receiving your product — no reason required.
During this period, handle the product carefully. To withdraw, email us within the 14-day window. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the product.

Returns must:

  • Include all original packaging and tags

  • Be in unused condition

  • Be sent with a Track & Trace code (you are responsible for shipping)

Article 7 – Return Costs

Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Once we receive your return or proof of return, we’ll refund the purchase amount within 14 days.

Article 8 – Exceptions to Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Sealed products (e.g., hygiene items, software) once opened

  • Perishable goods

  • Services with a fixed date (e.g., events or bookings)

Article 9 – Pricing

All prices include VAT and are subject to change based on tax or legal shifts.
Kaloudis is not liable for obvious errors in pricing (e.g., misprints).

Article 10 – Conformity & Warranty

Products must meet the agreement and be of reasonable quality.
Report defects or delivery issues within 14 days.
Warranties match those of the manufacturer and do not affect your legal rights.

Warranty voids if:

  • The product is altered or used improperly

  • Damage is caused by misuse or failure to follow instructions

Article 11 – Delivery

We aim to ship accepted orders within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
If a delay occurs, we will inform you. If delivery takes longer than 30 days, you may cancel the order and request a full refund.
Kaloudis bears the risk of damage or loss until delivery.

Article 12 – Subscriptions (If applicable)

Consumers can cancel ongoing or fixed-term subscriptions at any time with a notice period of one month.
Automatic renewals are not allowed unless clearly communicated and limited to a maximum of 3 months.
Trial subscriptions end automatically.

Article 13 – Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, payments must be made within 7 days after the cooling-off period begins.
In case of late or incorrect payment, Kaloudis may charge reasonable recovery costs.

Article 14 – Complaints

Complaints must be reported within 7 days after identifying a problem.
We respond within 14 days. If more time is needed, you’ll receive an update.
Unresolved issues may result in a formal dispute.

Article 15 – Disputes

All agreements are governed by Dutch law, even if the consumer resides outside the Netherlands.
